If you are into motorsport and live on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand then this weekend will be a great one for you, as all the fast racecars and best drivers in Thailand will compete at the 2.4 km long Bira Race Circuit just outside Pattaya, on Road 36, which is the main road that goes towards Rayong.
Inspire Magazine will in more than one way be there covering the event and being a part of the event, as our own Inspire supported race team CEA Racing is competing this weekend.
Car Number 29 in the Pro Car class is the car from CEA Racing, which is driven by Danish national Thomas Raldorf. The Team is currently leading the Thailand National Team Championship, and is currently 4th in the drivers championship, but is looking to improve on that this weekend.
All the races will happen on Sunday the 31st of August from 08.30 onwards with many class competing. CEA Racing will be on track twice that day for 2 races which will be at 11.50 and at 15.50.
Entry fee’s are reported to be 50 Baht per person, which included the fee for parking the car at the race track.
If you for some reason is not able to come to the track the afternoon races will be shown LIVE on Cable TV on the channel called “Grand Prix Channel”.
